He previously worked for an AppleCentre with clients such as EasyJet, the Royal Horticultural Society, De La Rue Security Printers and EMAP Publishing, and was Production/Systems Manager at the Bedfordshire on Sunday (LCN) newspaper group, as well as cutting his teeth in pre-press on periodicals such as Architectural Review and Architectural Journal and a wide range of bespoke trade magazines and book production.
I've worked on all kinds of web projects from basic sites to large e-commerce sites as well as intranet and NHS projects and am used to 'fixing' sites that have been neglected and /or hacked.
I have a love of design which is useful when helping you make your mark.

1, 2, 3 . . . is it that simple?
1 We meet, either in person, on the phone or via Skype. I listen to your Story, what you want to achieve and where you are currently. Then we'll discuss how we can work together in order for you to achieve your goals. My aim will be to give you a cost-effective solution for your project.
2 I research and then prepare you a quotation which will give you my ideas on how I can help you, some preliminary sketches on how your project could look. I give you my costs, which will be fair and final and then pass it over to you. If you require hosting I also provide that, along with great support. All you have to do then is decide whether Terry Rugg is the chap who can deliver on your web project.
3 Upon accepting my quotation I will send you an invoice for half the costs of the project. Once payment is made I'll set to work, communication being the key. We'll discuss the design, the concept and the strategy.
I'll liaise with you and keep you informed every step of the journey. When the project is finalised you'll receive an invoice for the remaining half of the costs. Once paid the project will go live and you'll receive a bespoke userguide tailored for you.
